20 Minutes Outdoor is as Good as a Cup of Coffee
When you feel sleepy or you loose energy, a cup of coffee could be your choice to make your body fresh again. But actually you don’t always have to look for coffee, by getting out of the room and breathe fresh air for 20 minutes has the same effect as drinking a cup of coffee.
Researchers found when people are exhausted at the office there is a way to refresh the body without having to drink coffee. Walk out of the room and breathe in the open air because nature has effects like caffeine that makes people fresh again. (more…)
