Children affected by meningitis in childhood are more likely not to graduate school and do not make much money as an adult, according to a study.

Meningococus bacteria are very easily transmitted through air. Meningitis can be caused by various organisms such as viruses, bacteria or fungi that spreads into the blood and migrate into the brain fluid.
