15 Minutes of Exercise Adds 3 Years of Age
Most people think that an exercise will only be beneficial for health if it meets the standard recommended which is 30 minutes a day and five days a week. However, Taiwanese scientists said that exercising 15 minutes every day, can add three years of our age.
Providing time to exercise like brisk walking for 15 minutes a day gives beneficial impact for our health, says Chi Pang Wen, the lead researcher from the Taiwan National Health Research Institute. (more…)
