Stop Rewarding Snacks to Your Children
Children whose parents are used to giving foods as rewards, tend to have obesity as adults. A study by Slimming World states that a childhood habit do have a tendency to obesity than those who were usually rewarded with food, according to the Telegraph.
The conclusion was based on a survey of 2,000 people who in their childhood were accustomed to getting snacks as a reward. Those who have the habit, have a four times greater risk of being overweight than those who were not rewarded with snacks. (more…)
