Omega-3 Have No Impact On Brain Performance?
Omega 3, the nutrient that can be obtained from eggs and fish oil, does not bring a significant effect on adults. Omega-3 is always associated with brain nutrients that help increase cognitive.
According to Health News Daily, the results of a recent study conducted on 3,500 adult respondents did not indicate an association between omega-3 and the brain, verbal fluency, or dementia.
The study lasted six to 40 months, participants were given omega-3 to measure their memory. Some participants were given omega-3 capsules containing seeds of sunflower and olive oil, while the other group consumed margarine also containing omega-3 to process each food. (more…)
