According to Health News Daily, the results of a recent study conducted on 3,500 adult respondents did not indicate an association between omega-3 and the brain, verbal fluency, or dementia.

The study lasted six to 40 months, participants were given omega-3 to measure their memory. Some participants were given omega-3 capsules containing seeds of sunflower and olive oil, while the other group consumed margarine also containing omega-3 to process each food. (more…)
