Exercise and caffeine consumption sounds like two activities that are full of contradiction. Exercise is definitely good for health, whereas excessive caffeine consumption can cause various health problems. But it turns out that both of these activities can together fight skin cancer.
According to a report in the Daily Mail, based on a study which was recently performed in the U.S., found that the combination of exercise and caffeine can reduce the number of skin tumors in rats at risk of developing skin cancer by 62 percent. The tumor also shrank by 85 percent in the experimental animals. (more…)
