Wearing Thigh-high Stockings Can Prevent Snoring

high stocking prevent snoringIf you frequently snore, try using a tight thigh-high stockings during the day. Researchers found it could prevent snoring and obstructive sleep apnea at night.

Recent research conducted at the University of Brescia, Italy, found that by using a tight long stockings, it can prevent deep-vein thrombosis (DVT) on a passenger plane to regulate blood flow through the legs.

It also can help people who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea, which makes people often snore and experience difficulty in breathing during sleep. Researchers found patients who used thigh-high stockings for a week can prevent one third of the sleep problems that they have. (more…)
