Soda May Trigger Stroke
Consumption of soft drinks or soda had long been known to provide negative impacts for the human health. In a previous research it was even known that soft drinks causes aggressiveness in teenagers.
Well, clinical researchers from the Institute for Health clinic and Harvard University Cleveland found that consuming a lot of sugary drinks and low-calorie soda is associated with a higher risk of stroke. In contrast, caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee have a lower risk. (more…)
