This guy found a magic drink to replace food
Rob Rhineart admitted that he was tired of wasting time and energy to cook. Eventually he creates a potion which he claims is able to provide energy longer. What potion was created by this young American?
The 24-year-old says that he is fed up with a lot of free time and how much money is spent on cooking. Then he developed an “all in one” drink with complete vitamins and minerals.
The drink is called Soylent, the texture resembles pancake batter. Rob adds, Soylent contains all the essential elements of a balanced diet, but with only one-third of the calories. He argues Soylent meets all the body needs in terms of vitamins, minerals and nutrients such as essential amino acids, carbohydrates and fats.
Up to six weeks of Soylent consumtion, Rob said he did not get bored. Initially he was inspired to make the potion while visiting a friend and seeing his family sick. “He lost power in one hand, making him difficult to cook,” said Rob. Then he searched the reference physiological chemistry to know what all the nutrients the body needs.
He wants to have a life-saving, and healthy life. Soylent is a way to cut costs but not reduce vitamin. Soylent is more efficient than hundreds of dollars per month.
Rob has the view that the importance of fruit and vegetables are minerals and vitamins, not the end result. “We need carbs, not bread. Amino acids, not milk. But not everyone is able to consume it,” said the man from Atalanta.
Carbohydrates that is used is oligosaccharides, like sugar, but the molecule is longer, meaning it takes longer for the metabolism and provide energy flow for long periods of time. He also adds some important things such as antioxidants and probiotics and recently a new experiment with nootropics.
For fat intake, Rob just uses olive oil and add fish oil. Funnily enough, eating for him is a free time activities, like going to the movies, “but I do not want to go to the movies three times a day”.
This method is indeed rarely used by other human beings. Do you dare to try?
