Someone who smoke, drink alcoholic beverages, do not do a lot of physical activity, as well as having a poor diet will have a mortality risk about 2.5 times higher than those who have a healthy lifestyle. That sounds like a study reported from indiatimes.com.
“This study, in other words to indicate that a healthy lifestyle and positive body is able to make you become 10 years younger,” said Eva Martin-Diener of the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine (ISPM) at the University of Zurich.
He continued that currently there are 4 key factors that a healthy lifestyle is not smoking, having a healthy diet, physical activity diligent, and do not consume alcoholic beverages.
“By doing these lifestyles, you can appreciate the health of your body so that you can avoid chronic disease. Because, for example, has been proven that smokers have an increased risk of premature death around 57% higher than those who do not smoke,” he continued.
