Try and lose weight around your mid-section: Losing weight around your waist can help lower your blood pressure. So, try incorporating exercise in your daily regime, even 30 minutes of regular exercise will help you lose weight.

So, cut out the junk food slowly and introduce healthy versions of your favourite foods, so it won’t seem like a diet, but more like a lifestyle change.
