Tips to Set Meal Times for a Slim Body

Many people sometimes just choose a particular diet for the diet program, regardless of the right time of eating. Here is a strategy to choose the type of food and the right time to eat them in order to get a slim body.

1. Breakfast
At breakfast, do not limit your portion size. Eat foods that make full and makes you spirited to do activities in the morning. But you should still keep an eye on calories consumed. Try to choose foods that contain high protein.

2. Lunch
Well, at lunch you have to be smart to get around the size of the meal. Make sure that the composition of carbohydrates, protein, and vegetables are balanced. If you love to eat salad, never serve with calorie sauce made from oil and eggs. Instead, select a sauce of yogurt or olive oil. This way will maximize the benefits of fruits and vegetables for health.

3. Snack
Healthy living does not mean that you ban snacking. But you still need to be aware of the content of the materials in this snack. Avoid types of chips, candy and pastry. You can eat yogurt or sorbet made from fruit.

4. Dinner
Never write off dinner routine. Skipping dinner does not necessarily make the body shrink. Be smart in your eating schedule, at least five hours before you sleep so that calories do not accumulate.
