For a woman having a slim body is a dream. All methods are used to obtain that goal. In fact, sometimes some women don’t want to eat at all.
Many women do a strict diet to get their ideal body. But, it turns out what was expected didn’t run smoothly. The following tips maybe useful for you who want to have an ideal body:

- Eat more fruits. So far, diets with fruits is very popular.
- Don’t wait until starving. Body needs food. Do not let your stomach empty. It’ll be better if you eat before starving because if you feel really hungry you will consume more food.
- Doing exercise. By doing a lot of movement and exercise, it will help us remove the fat in the body. You can do jogging. Or it could be a simple way, such as walking to school, or cycling to the office.
- Consuming more protein. Protein may be better or may be satisfying than carbohydrates. And maybe this is could be a new way to control your body weight.
