Viagra is potent to prevent a heart attack!

Viagra has long been known to be associated with sexual problems. However, the efficacy of the blue pill is not just for sexual health alone. Recent research has revealed that Viagra is also able to prevent heart attacks and strokes.

The anti-impotence pills are claimed to improve the function of the heart. In fact,  researchers suggest doctors to use it as generic prescriptions to prevent heart attacks. They found that men with heart problems have more efficient heart function than other patients.

Among patients who experience swelling of the heart, Viagra is also known to prevent the heart to continue to swell. Swelling of the heart is one of the triggers of heart attack or stroke. So, what can make viagra good for the heart?

Researchers believe that the key composition of Viagra, the PDE51, is able to soothe blood vessels and prevent damage to the heart muscle cells. These results were obtained by researchers from the Sapienza University  in Rome after observing 1,622 men involved in 24 studies.

Furthermore, the chief investigator, Andrea Isidore, suggest a trial use of viagra in women who have heart disease. If the results are good, this will be the largest research and viagra can be used for heart disease. However, a larger study is needed to obtain more valid results.
