Hatha Yoga is a type of yoga that uses persistence or force, many describe it as the physical practices of yoga. It is also recognized as a stress-reducing practice.

That is the results of a study from researchers at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. The researchers said that those who are overweight in middle age, and practice yoga every day for over a decade, manages to stabilize their weight.

Based on a recent study done by scientist, it is known that cancer patients who practice yoga can sleep better and more efficient to fight fatigue.
