Yogurt makes the brain more smart!
As reported by genius beauty (25/7) a research from the University of California (USA) found the relationship between the brain and the increased productivity of human intestinal microflora conditions. The study involved 36 healthy women between the ages of 18 and 55 years old.
The participants were divided into three groups. Women in the first group ate yogurt with microorganisms that increase the intestinal microflora. The second group drank a prebiotic-free yogurt and the last group did not consume yogurt at all.
After observing, it was found that those who consumed yogurt products, responded to all external stimulation, had sharper brain function and controlled emotional level several times more than those who do not drink yogurt at all.
Once again, scientists were able to prove that probiotics have a positive effect on the human body. Therefore always have yogurt in your daily diet!
